My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. We love and miss you Aunt Carrie. I have so many wonderful thoughts and memories of the times spent in Montana as a child and enjoying Carrie’s visits to San Diego. She was such a kind and thoughtful woman. She will never be more than just a thought away. I’m sure Donald and George are welcoming her home.

Sigurd & Leif and all,
I’m crying my eyes out at the moment so very sorry for any typos. I am so sorry to hear of Carrie’s passing, she was a very special woman whom I loved very dearly. I will always cherish the memories I have of visiting the ranch in Montana with you all. Those were beautiful moments in time. The last time I had the opportunity to see Aunt Carrie was when she came down for Dad’s funeral, which was just shortly after Uncle Don’s. I am thankful that I at least had that opportunity to see he. She is a beautiful person and I will miss her so very much. Love to Sigurd and Leif,
Take Care,
Laurie
Heart-felt condolences to Carrie’s family. She and I were 2nd cousins on her mother’s side–her mother and my father were 1st cousins. My husband and I visited Carrie and Don in 2001 at which time we compared pictures and found our respective great grand parents, the Roach family in Montana.
At that time she told me about the organ that was saved in the 1910 fire.
Carrie and I had fun gathering genealogy data to share with each other. But in recent years I lost contact with her.
Sigurd: Our neighbor here in Marysville, Roy March told me about Carrie. I understand you and he were in the fire department together in Polson.
Again, I am so sorry to hear about Carrie. You are all in my prayers.
With warmest regards, Doris (Disbrow) Lobe
