Oh my dear heart Doreen, how you will be missed by so many!!! I loved you so much. I remember when I babysat for Troy and Curtis. I always looked up to you even tho you were always shorter. I feel so blessed that I could see you and Dennis this past September as Mother and I were passing through. I just cannot believe you are gone. But you’re flying with the angels now and your beloved Denny. Watch over us and keep us in line as I know you will. Dennis, Troy and Curtis, your wife and mother was truly one of the most fun, loving people I’ve ever know. You could always pick up where you left of with her even if you didn’t see each often like her and I. But we talked on the phone through the years. Dorry I will miss you so much. Denny, Troy and Curtis find strength in each other as Doreen would have wanted you to be there for each other. She will be dearly missed and was truly loved by all.

  27. Coreen and John Glen says:

We are parents of Kelly, Doreen’s daughter-in-law. Dennis, Troy and Curtis: Doreen was a very special lady to us, having given us a wonderful son-in-law. Our friendship with her let us discuss things as more than good friends. She gave her sons a strong work ethic, the ability to be loving fathers and husbands, faithful friends, and honest, upstanding, strong men who not only work hard, but play hard. We dearly miss the little pistol that she was, but know her spirit is with us every time we think of her. We lift you all up in prayer that God will strengthen you to carry on as Doreen would have you do, drawing upon each other and all of us for support in your journey through these trying times.

  28. Jo Ellen King says:

Doreen was always so full of life, love for everyone, and lots of laughs. I’ll cherish all the memories of the times I spent with your family. She’s up there dancing with Dad…we all loved your mom so much. Thank you for sharing her with us. Take care of each other as she would want you to. My thoughts are with you all.

  29. DURIEN GUNSCH MCGOURTY says:

    Dear Pefley family,
Please accept my deepest sympathies in the loss of your loved one. You do not know me but I am sure that I am a cousin to Doreen & Shirley. I live in Pablo but I was raised in Billings until I was 14. My father was Gideon Gunsch. I know that his sister Leah lived in Billings for many years so I am guessing that Doreen & Shirley are daughters of my Aunt Leah. I left home so very young & have been out of touch of so many of my dear families. How I regret not knowing that Doreen has been living in the same area. I did not know Doreen but my heart tells me that we were related.
    God Bless you

    Durien Elaine Gunsch McGourty

    Love, Mindy
