Rest in Peace
i hope someone is still reading this. i just (today) discovered the obit. george was my cousin. our mothers were sisters. i had no idea he had died. the last time i saw him was in the early 1980s when he came through idaho and stopped to visit. a couple of things i’d suggest on your information — i think george’s father’s name was spelled linnard. and i know his mother’s name was etta louise. she was named for our grandmother, etta bellezora hurd. and, i think the second name, louise, was for her aunt lou. george was a year and a half younjger than me and we were good pals in our youth. george, i was told, was named for my father, george owens. if you get this message, please let me know. i’m so sorry that eddie and i lost touch, and, yes, we called him eddie until he got big enough to make us stop.
