Kenny, Asa, Laura and Anna! Our hearts break for you all. But at the same time, we know who you are and more than that, who you trust, where your hope lies. God has used you in wonderful ways in the past and the future will yet show all He has in mind for your family.

Kenny, in particular, know that you will not be forgotten. Your name is on the bathroom mirror and it will stay there….you will be prayed over many, many times.

We love you very much. Wish we could be there. Sometime, we’ll come again.

I never had the privilege of meeting Merrie. Many members of First Baptist Church in Boaz, AL did meet Merrie and loved her and Kenny.

    God be with you all.

We are so sorry for your loss; we are blessed to have known Merrie! Each summer after spending a week working in Pablo and Arlee, we were blessed and humbled at the love Merrie and Kenny had for the folks in that area and their deep love for our Lord!

We know that she hated to leave you, but yet so thrilled to be with her Jesus! I think we all need to “be in love with our Saviour” like Merrie….

You are in our thoughts and our prayers….

    Love, Jerri and Doug

  7. Marvin Bjorge says:

    Kenny and family,

Our hearts go out to you in this season of sorrow, even knowing that we who name Jesus as Lord, shall be reunited again someday. May God’s peace, which indeed surpasses our understanding, hold you up, as you go forward from this season of sorrow. I firmly believe that like in the case of Lazarus passing before Jesus got there, He is weeping with you in these days.

We will continue to uphold you in prayer.

Marvin and Laura Bjorge and family.

Dear Kenny, Asa, Laura, Anna and Sergey,
May God comfort you during this time. She loved you all so very very much.

Merrie and I met in the seventh grade and I have been truely blessed to have known her. We kept in touch and sometimes months would pass between our talks. The next time we spoke it was as if no time had passed at all. It is truely a God given gift to know someone for 40 years and have nothing but pleasant memories but Merrie had that quality about her.

She will be missed. She has left a great legacy for us all in the way she lived.

Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

    Tim and Carolyn

    Dear Kenny & Family,
What a very beautiful, holy and gracious woman Merrie was. She touched my heart so deeply and lived her life so faithfully…she was always an inspiration to Don and me. To take the time to minister to others, even during her own time of need, was such a gift, and one that just came from her heart. What a deep missing for each of you…what wonderful memories for all…what solace to know that she is with Our Lord and united with Jordan. I am with you in love and prayer during this very difficult time. God Bless
