Shirley Rae Dupuis-Pulse, age 70, of Polson, MT. went home with Jesus after a courageous battle with cancer.  She was born August 12, 1935 in St. Ignatius, Montana to Eugene and Enid Dupuis.  Shirley grew up in Polson and attended school in Polson graduating from Polson High School.  She traveled and lived in various places eventually moving back to Polson.  She worked at S & K Electronics for a few years in the 1980’s.  She loved to study her bible and loved her birds, animals and garden.

    Her daughter Teresa Stevens, brother Patrick DuPuis, son Joe Johns and her husband Jack Pulse preceded Shirley in death.  Survived by her sister Linda Pulse of Polson, daughter Carla Norris of Polson, and Kora Lynn Johns of Polson, 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and other relatives. 

   A celebration of Life will be held on Thursday April 20, 2006 at 11:00 am in the Flathead Senior Center.  A reception will follow services.  Family requests that you wear a favorite hat to the service.  Memorials may be made to Cheerful Heart P.O.
